The Inspiring Leadership Campaign is raising funds to restore Schloss Leopoldskron's fourth floor Gallery, transforming the historic space into one of the Schloss's most remarkable rooms.
Led by a leadership gift from Grant and Peggy Cambridge, the renovation will increase the Gallery's footprint to its original 17th century design, recalling its days as a young Mozart's concert hall and allowing for more Fellows and guests to enjoy the space. This new configuration also will restore the Gallery’s sweeping views of the Hohensalzburg Fortress to the north, and the lake and Untersberg mountain to the south. Upon completion, the new Gallery will span the entire western half of the Schloss’s upmost floor, creating a magnificent, light-filled gathering place designed to highlight the beauty of Schloss Leopoldskron and the surrounding Salzburg environment.
The renovation will provide options for open-air exhibitions, formal events, and of course, state-of-the-art convening.
